Drug Charges Attorney

The penalties for drug crimes in Pennsylvania are very stiff, including prison time, driver's license suspension, and harsh fines. If you have been arrested, or if a family member has been charged with a drug offense, you need an attorney on your side who knows what the penalties are and what defenses are most successful.

At DeLuca Law Offices, we offer outstanding personal service from attorneys who are focused on protecting the rights and livelihood of individuals facing drug charges in Kingston, Wilkes-Barre, Pittston, Nanticoke, Dallas, Hazleton, and surrounding communities in Luzerne and surrounding counties. Firm founder Vito J. DeLuca has more than 20 years of criminal defense experience and is certified by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification as a Criminal Trial Specialist. His dedication to legal excellence is well known throughout the region, and has led to him to serve as Law Clerk to two Common Pleas Judges and being previously appointed as Chief Solicitor of Luzerne County.

In addition to his legal and accounting background, Attorney DeLuca has taken courses in biology and inorganic and organic chemistry to better assist clients who are charged with the often technical criminal charges of possession and possession with intent to deliver/manufacture controlled substances.

It may not be in your best interest to discuss your case with the police. Anything you say can be used against you, and they are not likely speaking with you out of a desire to help you. You should never speak to law enforcement without a qualified, experienced criminal defense attorney.
