DeLuca Law Offices was established in November, 1993, by Attorney Vito DeLuca in
Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. Attorney Stephen J. Bachman joined the firm in December,
2001.

Attorney Stephen J. Bachman practices in the area of family law, bankruptcy, and estate
